Frequently Asked Questions

>Can I book more than one Holiday Home online?

Devon Cliffs Select is only able to book one Holiday Home at a time. Should you require more than one Holiday Home, we ask that you make two separate bookings online.

>How can you guarantee my location on the Park?

With Devon Cliffs Select we have created a service whereby your location and pitch is guaranteed. The only case where the location would not be guaranteed would be due to natural causes e.g. weather, flooding etc. In these circumstances the Park will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

>How do I cancel my booking?

We ask that all cancellation notifications are made in writing to our Customer Care Team @ 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4YL. Please note: Holiday Protection Plan must have been taken at the time of making your booking, otherwise no refund will be due.

>Will I be informed what day the Maid Service will be present?

When you arrive on park, you can arrange maid service at a time that suits you.

>Can I change the date of my Holiday?

If you would like to change your date we would ask you to contact Devon Cliffs on 01395 226 226 where we will be happy to look at availability. Please note this can take up to 24 hours to respond and all Select holidays start on a Saturday for 7 nights.

>How to book 14 nights?

If you would like to stay for 2 weeks, we ask that you make 2 bookings for 7 nights each. Please check the availability for your chosen caravan through the availability calendar before making your booking. We will be updating the website to allow 14 night bookings shortly.

>Can I arrive on the Park before 1pm?

Your accommodation will be ready for you from 1pm, however if you wish to arrive early you are welcome to use all the facilities from 10am on the day of your arrival. You may be required to show your Holiday Passport when entering the facilities.

>What do I need to do if I arrive on the Park later than 1pm?

You can check in to your accommodation any time from 1pm. When arriving after 6pm, the reception team will leave your keys and arrival pack with the on Park security. The security team are available 24 hours a day and will be happy to check you in. If you are unable to see the security on arrival, their telephone number can be found on the door to reception.

>Are entertainment passes included in the cost of the holiday?

Yes, entertainment passes are included for you and your family to enjoy the entertainment and facilities on the Park.

>What is the difference between booking through this website and www.haven.com?

Devon Cliffs Select is a new service we are offering whereby you can be guaranteed premium accommodation in a premium location on the Park.

>Am I able to bring my dog within this accommodation?

Pets are not allowed in Devon Cliffs Select accommodation. If you would like to take your pet on holiday with you, please visit haven.com where you will be able to book accommodation that suits your needs.

>How can I see all the Holiday Homes you offer through Devon Cliffs Select?

As Devon Cliffs Select is a unique new service we only provide you with the best possible Holiday Homes and locations that we have available. You can see all Devon Cliffs Select Holiday Homes by clicking 'Search by location'. From here you will be able to check the availability of any of the Holiday Homes. All available accommodation at Devon Cliffs can be booked on haven.com.

>Can I book the same accommodation as last year?

As long as that pitch is available, however it is advisable to book the date you require as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

>Why are the prices different on this site compared to the Haven Holidays site?

Devon Cliffs Select is a premium service, whereby we are offering you the premium accommodation, the best views and location of your choice and comes with extra benefits compared to our standard booking options.

>What time do I have to check out of my Holiday Home?

On the day of departure we ask that you vacate your Holiday Home by 10am and return your keys to reception. You may continue to enjoy the facilities until midday.

>What is the smoking policy for my Holiday Home?

All Devon Cliffs Select caravans are strictly non smoking. Any evidence of smoking, will result in guests being charged.

>Is access to the spa included in my holiday?

Devon Cliffs Spa Experience and treatments are available at an extra charge. For more information or to book please go to www.devoncliffsspa.co.uk

>Do I have parking outside my holiday home?

Parking spaces are available outside some Holiday Homes. It will be listed in the Holiday Home features if it is available for your chosen Holiday Home.

>How do I get to the park?

>What is provided on arrival?

Haven Select offers the best in accommodation, for your comfort you will find the following provided on your arrival:
Towels - 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per person named on the booking
Your beds made on arrival
Toilet Roll

>I have ordered some hire items, how do I obtain these on arrival to the park?

Any hire items will be delivered to your caravan for your arrival. Please note if you have booked a travel cot, you will need to supply your own linen. Any items hired within 48 hours of travel, please notify reception on arrival to ensure these are delivered. All hire items will need to be returned to the hire shop on departure to receive your deposit back.

>What is included in the Spa Voucher Offer?

2 free vouchers for the Spa experience includes access to indoor & outdoor Spa pools, steam & sauna rooms, monsoon showers, bucket splash, sun terrace & gym. Treatments are not included. Vouchers are strictly one per adult who are staying in a Devon Cliffs Select caravan Holiday Home and a maximum of 2 per booking. Offer not available in School or Bank Holidays and is subject to availability, please check at time of booking. Vouchers issued on arrival. All users must be over the age of 16, we reserve the right to refuse admission at the discretion of the management. Spa & Park rules must be observed at all times. Spa offer ends 31 March. Facilities, activities and entertainment vary by Park and date and some activities may be subject to a moderate extra charge.
